Select a product to estimate shipping. Why is the USB ring light not lighting up, or flickering?
To ensure stable performance, please use a 5V/2A (10W) adapter (Not Included).
1.Incorrect voltage or low power may cause the light to flicker, or fail to turn on.
2.Computer USB ports or power banks often do not provide enough power.
Why won’t the bracket pole of my ring light stay fixed?
1.There is a rubber ring inside the bracket pole that helps secure it. If this ring has shifted or fallen off, the pole may become loose.
2.The fixing screws may not be tightened properly.
