Each of the six color-coded putties feature standard resistances, with a progressive firmness that ranges from xx-soft to x-firm. With each squeeze, pinch, stretch, grip and twist, TheraPutty strengthens hand muscles, increases grip strength and improves fine motor skills, putting patients on the path to healthier hands and fingers. So versatile, the putty enables flexion, extension, press, pinch and adduction exercises. It can even be used to exercise toes.
