  • Accurate, Reliable Readings: Clinically tested for precision, this sphygmomanometer delivers repeatable readings within ±3mmHg—supporting reliable results in medical training, clinical practice, and home monitoring. The extra-soft nylon cuff comfortably fits adult upper arms ranging from 22–42 cm.
  • Keep One Hand Free: The latex-free bulb, air-release valve, and gauge are connected for easy one-handed operation—ideal for nurses and medical professionals. Before pumping, turn the air-release valve clockwise until closed to allow the cuff to inflate. A reinforced metal stabilizer around the bulb helps maintain smooth, controlled pressure with each pump.
  • Interpret Results Clearly: The large, color-coded dial highlights the standard healthy range, making readings easier to understand at a glance. It helps reduce guesswork for healthcare professionals, students, and first-time users learning to read manual results.
  • Ready for Anywhere: This manual blood pressure cuff is lightweight and comes neatly packed in a compact carrying case (7" x 4" x 2.5") for safe storage and easy transport. It fits easily into a backpack or clinical bag, making it convenient to use between classes, training, and home.
  • Easy to Position and Secure: The cuff features a D-ring design, placement guide, and artery alignment markings to help ensure a proper fit, even when measuring on your own. Backed by our St. Louis team and 2-year product coverage, with support available if you need help getting started. Stethoscope not included.

Important information

Directions

1. Put on Cuff 2. Place Stethoscope 3. Inflate 4. Measure Blood Pressure

Wrap the adjustable cuff around your upper arm and align the artery marker. The secure D-ring helps hold placement during measurement.

Hold the integrated bulb, valve, and dial in one hand while positioning your stethoscope with the other. Inflate with steady, controlled pumps.

Gently open the valve to release air at a consistent pace. This controlled release helps you clearly identify systolic and diastolic sounds.

Watch the dial as pressure changes to determine your systolic and diastolic readings with confidence.

From Training to Home Monitoring

Designed for accurate, hands-on blood pressure measurement across training, clinical, and home settings, this manual sphygmomanometer delivers consistent readings within ±3mmHg. The all-in-one bulb, valve, and dial support one-handed use, while the color-coded dial helps reduce guesswork. A soft, adjustable cuff with a secure D-ring promotes stable placement, and the structured case keeps everything protected and easy to carry.

A clearly marked artery indicator takes the guesswork out of cuff placement, helping you start each reading consistently and correctly.

Soft, durable lining feels comfortable against the skin and holds up to repeated use, reducing irritation during practice sessions and daily checks.

The secure D-ring design allows one-handed application and helps the cuff stay put once positioned, so you can focus on the reading, not readjusting.

Thoughtfully placed color cues show where healthy readings typically fall, helping you identify changes and trends across readings.

Do I need a stethoscope to use this cuff?

Yes. This is a manual sphygmomanometer and requires a stethoscope to hear Korotkoff sounds and obtain accurate readings. A stethoscope is not included.

What if the cuff isn’t building pressure when I pump?

The cuff will not build pressure unless it is wrapped securely on your upper arm and the valve knob is fully closed. Fasten the cuff, turn the knob toward you until it stops, then begin pumping. Pressure should start to build immediately.

Which arm should I use to measure blood pressure?

Either arm can be used. For the most consistent results, use the same arm each time and keep your arm supported at heart level while seated and relaxed.

Why do my readings vary if I take them close together?

Blood pressure can change due to movement, posture, stress, or breathing. Wait at least three minutes between readings and keep cuff placement and body position consistent.

Does this sphygmomanometer need calibration?

Yes. Like all manual blood pressure cuffs, periodic professional calibration is recommended, typically once per year, to ensure continued accuracy. Our support team is here to help if you ever have questions.
