Please refer to the manual for complete setup and usage instructions. To help ensure an accurate reading, follow these directions: • Stress raises blood pressure. Avoid taking measurements during stressful times. • Measurements should be taken in a quiet place. • It is important to take measurements at the same times each day. Taking measurements in the morning and in the evening is recommended. • Remember to have a record of your blood pressure and pulse readings for your physician. A single measurement does not provide an accurate indication of your true blood pressure. You need to take and record several readings over a period of time.

Slide cuff 0.5" above elbow, tube along inner arm. Rest forearm on table at heart height, palm up.
Included 9” – 17” D-ring cuff should lie flat at mid-arm. Tighten so two fingers slip under edge—never painfully tight or twisted.
Sit upright, back supported, feet flat. Relax for 5 minutes, press START/STOP once, remain silent and still until the numbers appear.
Turn on Bluetooth, open OMRON Connect, pair once; readings transfer within 1 hour or instantly via Connect button.
