For bigger sized pans check the overall width with handles and diameter against your ovens internal dimensions.
Will the larger sizes fit on my stovetop?
Pans up to about 13" usually work well on a large home burner. For bigger sizes, we recommend a paella burner, an outdoor grill, or the oven, so the whole base heats evenly.
Can I cook dishes other than paella?
Yes. It works for fideuà, jambalaya, shakshuka, roasted vegetables, grilled seafood, and family-style frittatas.
We strongly recommend using it to make casserole in oven.
